Your workspace
Account & settings
Manage your profile and security, and find your way around the Settings panels.
Settings is where you manage your own account and your workspace. It's organized into a few sections, each covering a different scope.
The settings panels
| Section | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Profile | Your personal account — name, email, security, and sessions. |
| Organization | The organization's name, members, and invitations (for those with permission). |
| Project | The active project's name and description and its members. |
| Developers | API keys for programmatic access. |
Your profile
The Profile section manages your personal account:
- Account — your name and email addresses, with their verification status.
- Security — change your password, and review your two-factor status.
- Sessions — see where you're signed in, by device and location, and sign out other sessions. (You can't sign out the device you're currently using.)
Organization and project settings
The Organization and Project sections manage your workspace rather than your account. What you can change there depends on your role — editing organization details and managing members is limited to admins. See Members & roles for who can do what.
Programmatic access
The Developers section is where you create API keys to call Compass from your own code. Because keys carry access to a project, they're covered with the rest of the developer material:
